Adult male patient with facial asymmetry due to the developmental insufficiency of zygomatic bone, zygomatic arch, maxilla and mandible furthermore, masetter muscle and neigbouring soft tissue was operated by autogenous rib graft on the mandible and zygomatic region, and by ipsilateral temporalis muscle transfer on the zygomatic arch and the cheek.
The end result was satisfactory.
